Size change: it is possible to replace the products only with a different size (if available) or even with a different color of the same item (if available). Replacement with a different item is not accepted. It is always necessary to ask for availability.
Store Credit: a promotional code of the total value of the returned item will be sent to the customer, net of shipping costs charged to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. The customer who boasts a credit has the right to spend it only once within 3 months from the time of return and it cannot be combined with others
Store Credit. This credit is to be used entirely for an order of equal or greater value.
Refund: the refund will be made as soon as the quality control procedures are completed, within 15 days, and the status of the same has been checked and the return accepted
The shipment for the return of the garment to Farcoz Couture Srl will be charged to the customer in the amount of 10.00 euros for Italy, 20.00 euros for Europe, 50.00 euros for the rest of the world. to which the import taxes must be added, which remain the responsibility of the customer. The contribution will be deducted from the reimbursement value.
Once the return request has been received, a confirmation will be sent to the Customer by e-mail with the Return Authorization Number. This must be written on the consignment note.
If the Customer paid for the order by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in about 30 days and will be visible on the next card statement. The period is indicative as it may slightly change according to the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For the return to be accepted, the garments must not have been worn, washed or in any way altered in such a way as to show signs of use, provided with the control tag related to it, the guarantee seals intact and not tampered with and in the packaging. original (including original packaging and boxes, and any accessory material, such as, by way of example, dustbags, hangers and clothes covers).
Returns must be sent inside the box in which the customer received the products and to limit damage to the original packaging it is recommended to put it in a second box. In all cases, the position of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided.
The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear.
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.
If the customer receives a defective product, photographic proof is required before authorizing the return for defective goods.
Products returned will not be accepted without approval and without compliance with even one of the terms and conditions set out in the return policy in the points above.
The products will be returned to the Customer at the original shipping address.
